Step 3: Map and unite all stakeholders

Addressing root causes and bringing about long-term sustainable change requires consensus among all stakeholders. A stakeholder analysis can help identify the stakeholders as well as their interests.

Map all stakeholders-direct and indirect, such as local government and business-and unite representatives in a Village Development Committee.

Put together a committee of 3 local people: Someone who has good contacts with the government, the other has influence in the village and a project coordinator, not from the village.
