List out key competencies for each domain area of the competency model and map it to different positions. For the sake of clarity, a definition for each competency should be agreed upon.
The scope for each competency will vary depending on the position. So position wise definitions are also required. The competencies listed out in the job analysis in the previous step should serve as a reference.
