The community concerns a group of people around an initiative who have common interests and want to bring about change. To bring about this change together, it is important that joint, transparent and written agreements are made with all stakeholders. The agreements are laid down in an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), so that stakeholders and direct interested parties take responsibility and can be held accountable for the contribution to be made.
