Budget and revenue model

The bottom part of the BMC is about finances. On the leftside - Cost structure - you fill in the budget of your project: the cost structure in terms of activity costs and man hour costs. On the right side – Revenue stream - you fill in the sources of income: where do you think the money you need is coming from? Is it a business case with paying customers, is it a mixed revenue model with funding & paying customers?

PS If budgetting is rather new to you, we advice you to first complete module 1 of our course Local Fundraising. This also contains a fill in form which might be helpful.
